What sits in this group

Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT) and ancillary compounds protect athletic health during and after hormone administration. This category encompasses Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators (SERMs) and Aromatase Inhibitors (AIs).

Primary recovery agents include Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex) and Clomid (Clomifene), which stimulate endogenous pituitary LH/FSH release.

For on-cycle estrogen control, Anastrozole (Arimidex) and Letrozole (Femara) provide direct aromatase enzyme inhibition.

HPTA negative feedback and SERM pharmacodynamics

Exogenous androgens and estrogens bind hypothalamus and pituitary receptors, suppressing GnRH, LH, and FSH pulses. When compounds clear, this negative feedback signal must be blocked to stimulate pituitary gonadotropin secretion.

Tamoxifen and Clomid competitively occupy pituitary estrogen receptors without activating transcriptional inhibition, triggering rapid pulses of LH that reactivate testicular Leydig cell testosterone production.

Timing and protocol execution

PCT timing is determined by ester half-life: begin 14 to 18 days after long esters like Testosterone Enanthate, or 3 days after short esters like Testosterone Propionate.

Consult the full step-by-step SERM dosing matrix in our Post-Cycle Therapy Protocol Guide.

Diagnostic blood panel timing

Perform post-PCT bloodwork 4 to 6 weeks after discontinuing all SERMs. Confirm Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, LH, FSH, and sensitive estradiol have returned to baseline.

Pharmaceutical quality and lot testing

All anti-estrogens and SERMs in our dispensary originate from licensed European laboratories (ZPHC, Pharmacom Labs) with independent HPLC purity confirmation.
