Payment methods
Cryptocurrency or a SEPA transfer. No card checkout, which is a constraint of the category rather than a preference, and on balance it works out better for both sides.

Why there is no card checkout
Visa, Mastercard and PayPal will not knowingly process this category, and the merchants who get card payments working in this space do it by misdescribing the business to the acquirer. That arrangement lasts until the first chargeback triggers a review, at which point the account is frozen with customer money inside it. We have watched several competitors disappear exactly that way.
There is also the descriptor problem. A card payment leaves a line on your bank statement, and whatever innocuous trading name sits in that line is still a durable record linking you to a purchase. Removing the card network removes the record rather than disguising it.
The upside is that we are not paying three per cent to a processor plus a reserve held against chargebacks, which is a meaningful share of margin in a business with physical stock. That difference goes into the listed prices.
Cryptocurrency
We accept Bitcoin on mainnet, Tether on TRON (TRC-20) and on Ethereum (ERC-20), and Ether. In practice almost everyone uses USDT on TRC-20, because the network fee is under a euro and confirmation is a couple of minutes rather than an hour.
Each invoice gets a freshly generated address, used once and never reused. That is not a privacy flourish, it is how we match an incoming payment to an order without you having to send a screenshot, and it also means nobody can correlate separate orders by looking at a shared receiving address on the public ledger.
Send the exact amount quoted. Network fees come out of your side of the transaction, so if you send the quoted figure and let the wallet deduct the fee from it, the invoice lands underpaid and an operator has to resolve the shortfall by hand. The quoted euro rate is held for thirty minutes, which is ample for a TRON transfer and occasionally tight for Bitcoin during congestion.
If you have never bought cryptocurrency before, say so. An operator will walk you through Kraken or MoonPay, and the whole thing usually takes under ten minutes including the exchange verification. It is a genuinely common question and nobody will make you feel stupid for asking it.
SEPA bank transfer
For anyone who would rather not touch cryptocurrency, a standard euro transfer works. You get an IBAN, a BIC and a neutral reference code. The receiving entity is an ordinary European company name with no reference to what it sells, so the entry on your statement reads like a payment to any other small supplier.
SEPA Instant settles in seconds if your bank supports it, and a standard transfer takes one to two working days. The order is released when the funds actually land rather than when you initiate the transfer, so an instant transfer genuinely buys you a day on a Friday afternoon.
Include the reference code exactly as given. A transfer with no reference cannot be matched to an order automatically, and resolving it means somebody reconciling bank statements by hand against a list of pending orders, which is slow and occasionally wrong. This is the single most common cause of a delayed dispatch.
What the payment step actually looks like
After you confirm an order, an operator sends one payment instruction: either a wallet address with the exact amount, or the bank details with a reference. There is no checkout form, no card field and no stored payment profile. We hold no payment identifiers at all, which means there is nothing that could be requested from us and nothing to leak.
Payment first, dispatch after. We do not offer cash on delivery and we do not hold stock against an unpaid order, because both arrangements have been abused enough times across this market that no serious supplier still runs them. Recurring wholesale accounts can split payment across shipments once a few orders have cleared, but never on a first order.
If something goes wrong with a payment, tell us before trying again. A duplicate transfer sent to resolve a stuck one is considerably harder to unwind than the original problem, and in every case we have seen the original was already recoverable.
Checks worth making before you send
Confirm the network as well as the address. USDT exists on several chains and a TRC-20 address starts with a capital T while an ERC-20 address starts with 0x. Sending TRC-20 tokens to an Ethereum address is the one mistake in this process that is genuinely unrecoverable, and it accounts for nearly every lost payment we have ever been told about.
Confirm the handle you are talking to. The only Telegram account we operate is @muscleshop_eu. Impersonation accounts with similar names appear periodically, usually with a single character changed, and they exist for exactly one reason. Compare the handle character by character against the one printed in the footer of this site, not against one sent to you in a message.
Nobody from here will ever ask you for a card number, a bank login, a seed phrase or a photograph of an identity document. There is no circumstance in which any of those are needed, so a request for one is conclusive evidence that you are not talking to us.
