How to order

The basket lives entirely in your own browser. Adding items writes to local storage on your device and sends nothing anywhere, which you can verify in the network tab of your developer tools. Close the tab and it is still there; clear your browser data and it is gone.

Pressing the checkout button opens Telegram with your basket already written out as a message to @muscleshop_eu. You send it, an operator confirms stock against the actual warehouse rather than against the website, and you get back a payment instruction and a dispatch estimate.

That step exists because stock moves faster than a static site rebuilds. Confirming availability with a human before taking money is slower than an automated checkout by a few minutes and avoids the much larger annoyance of a refund three days later for something that was already gone.

The delivery address is given in that conversation and nowhere else. It is never typed into a web form, never stored in a database and never reaches a server we control, because there is no such server: the site is static files on a content delivery network.

Cleared before 14:00 CET means the parcel goes out the same working day; after that, the next one. A tracking number follows when the carrier scans the box in, so the number you get is already live rather than a label that has yet to be collected.

Transit runs two to three working days to Germany, Austria, Poland and Czechia, three to four to France, the Benelux countries and Italy, and up to six to Scandinavia and the south-east. Once delivery is confirmed, the address and contact details are deleted along with the Telegram thread.
