Contact and support
One channel we actually watch, one that runs on a daily cycle, and no phone line. Here is how to reach an operator and what to put in the message so the first reply is the useful one.

How to reach us, and what actually gets answered
Telegram is the channel we watch. @muscleshop_eu reaches an operator directly rather than a ticket queue, and between 09:00 and 21:00 CET the realistic wait is under two hours. Messages sent overnight are picked up first thing the next morning. Encrypted mail at [email protected] works too, but it runs on a one-working-day cycle because somebody reads it in batches rather than sitting on it.
There is no phone line, and that is deliberate. A voice call leaves us with no written record of what was agreed about a batch, a dose or a delivery address, and it gives the customer nothing to point back to if something goes wrong later. Everything in text means both sides can scroll up.
We also do not use a live-chat widget that routes to an overseas call centre. The people answering on Telegram are the same people who pull certificates out of the filing system and who talk to the warehouses, which is the entire reason the answers are specific rather than generic.
What to put in the first message
For anything touching an existing order, lead with the order reference or the tracking number. That single line removes an entire round trip of "could you confirm which order you mean", which on a cross-border parcel can cost half a day.
For a question about a specific product, lead with the batch number printed on the carton. Certificates of analysis are filed by batch, not by product name, so a batch number lets an operator send you the document covering the exact vials sitting in front of you rather than a representative sample from some other production run.
For a protocol question, say what you are already doing. Compound, dose, how long you have been running it, and whether you have recent bloodwork. Nobody here will write you a cycle, but the difference between a useful answer and a hedged one is almost entirely down to whether we know the starting point.
Privacy in correspondence
We support PGP for anyone who wants it. Ask for the public key in your first message and the operator will send it before any address details change hands. Most customers never use it, and for an ordinary intra-EU parcel that is a defensible decision, but the option is there and nobody will ask why you want it.
Correspondence is retained only as long as the order is live plus the reshipment window. After that the Telegram thread and the shipping record are deleted. We do not keep a customer database, we do not build profiles of what people buy, and there is nothing to hand over because there is nothing stored.
Do not send photographs of identity documents. There is no situation in which we need one, and any message asking you for a passport scan did not come from us.
What support can and cannot do
Operators can confirm stock, pull a certificate of analysis for a specific lot, explain ester half-lives and why they drive injection frequency, chase a parcel with the carrier, and arrange a reshipment when tracking confirms a loss. All of that is routine and none of it requires escalation.
Operators cannot prescribe. They will not tell you what to take, what dose to run or whether a given compound is appropriate for you, because that depends on a baseline blood panel, your training history and a clinical picture nobody can assess through a chat window. When somebody asks anyway, the honest answer is that you need a physician, and that is the answer you will get.
They will also not pretend a product does something it does not. If you ask whether a particular oral will let you skip post-cycle therapy, you will be told no, even though yes would be an easier sale. The entire operation runs on repeat orders, and repeat orders do not come from people who were told what they wanted to hear.
Wholesale and coaching accounts
We supply a number of gyms and coaches across Germany, Poland, Czechia, France and the Benelux. Orders above €1,500 move onto volume pricing, get a named contact rather than the general queue, and can be scheduled into a fixed dispatch window so stock arrives on a predictable cycle rather than whenever an order happens to land.
Open the conversation on Telegram with the word "wholesale" and a list of what you actually move, including rough monthly quantities. A generic request for a price list gets a generic answer; a concrete list gets concrete numbers, usually the same day.
Split payment across multiple shipments is available for recurring accounts once a couple of orders have gone through cleanly. We do not offer it on a first order, from anyone, and that is not negotiable.
