Terms and privacy

A delivery address, a recipient name and a contact handle. That is the whole set. We keep it while the parcel is in transit plus the fourteen-day window in which a reshipment claim can be made, and then the record is deleted. There is no customer database, no order history and no mailing list, so there is nothing to export on request and nothing to lose in a breach.

The site is static HTML served from a content delivery network. There is no account system, no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tag of any kind. Your basket lives in your own browser storage and never reaches a server. You can confirm all of this yourself in the network tab of your browser developer tools, which is a more convincing proof than any paragraph we could write here.

Payment records sit with the payment network rather than with us. For a SEPA transfer, your bank holds the record and we hold only the reference code until dispatch. For cryptocurrency, the transaction is on a public ledger and we retain no link between a wallet and a delivery address once the parcel has arrived.

Telegram threads are deleted on the same schedule as shipping records. We support PGP for email and will send the public key on request before any address details are exchanged. Most customers do not ask, and for a parcel moving between two EU member states that is a defensible choice, but the option exists and nobody will question why you want it.

We will never ask you for an identity document, a photograph of a bank card, or a password. Any message doing so did not come from us, regardless of what the display name says. The only Telegram handle we operate is @muscleshop_eu.

Everything written on this site about mechanisms, dosing, half-lives and bloodwork is reference material assembled from published pharmacological literature. It is not a diagnosis, not a prescription and not personalised medical advice. We publish it because the alternative, in a market where most information is marketing copy, is worse.

Androgens, growth hormone and the peptides listed here are physiologically active at the doses discussed. They alter endocrine function, lipid handling, haematocrit, blood pressure and in some cases liver enzymes, and several of those changes are silent until they are substantial. A baseline blood panel before you start and a follow-up during use are the only way to see them coming, and we say so on every product page for a reason.

Anyone under eighteen, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and anyone with cardiac, renal or hepatic disease or a history of hormone-sensitive cancer should not use these compounds at all. If you are already on prescribed medication, interactions are a genuine consideration and a physician is the right person to assess them.

We accept no liability for health outcomes arising from use of products bought here, from administration errors, or from the absence of medical supervision. That is the standard position of every distributor, and stating it plainly is more honest than burying it in a footer.

An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you submit it. If stock has moved or a batch is close to expiry we will say so before taking payment rather than shipping something we would not use ourselves.

Parcels confirmed lost by carrier tracking are reshipped once, free, including the postage. A parcel that is marked delivered but which you did not receive is a dispute with the carrier, and we will supply the dispatch documentation you need to raise it. We do not accept returns of pharmaceutical product for reasons that should be obvious: once a carton has left our custody we cannot vouch for how it was stored.

We reserve the right to decline an order without giving a reason. In practice this comes up when a destination address has a history of carrier problems, when the request is clearly for commercial resale under a retail account, or when the conversation suggests the buyer has not understood what they are ordering.
